What we commit to
Each of these is agreed in writing before a first order, not assumed afterwards.
- Pricing held. We buy on the basis that a line can be sold at a sensible price. Undercutting a brand we have just bought into would destroy the repeat business we are buying for.
- Compliance per category. Where we import directly the regulatory obligations fall to us, and we expect to hold the file rather than ask you to cover it.
- One accountable party. You deal with a named person who owns the stock and carries the risk. We do not broker and we do not act as an agent.
- Terms we can keep. If your terms are ones we cannot honour, we will tell you before signing rather than breach them later.
